Policies for incorrect addresses
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we unfortunately cannot grant a full or partial refund. In such cases, we can only offer to resend the order. We strongly advise all customers to carefully check their delivery address before completing their purchase.
